The Grand SalonNo event is complete without great food, and with her award-winning culinary staff, the Queen Mary is sure to please. Every gathering is catered in-house, by a world class cooking staff. The Queen Mary's Executive Chef, Thierry Ruaux, has won awards both here and in his native country France for his mouth-watering culinary creations. Most recently, he took home four separate honors from the Southern California Restaurant Writers.
