No event is complete without great food, and with her award-winning culinary staff, the Queen Mary is sure to please. Every gathering is catered in-house, by a world class cooking staff. The Queen Mary's Executive Chef, Thierry Ruaux, has won awards both here and in his native country France for his mouth-watering culinary creations. Most recently, he took home four separate honors from the Southern California Restaurant Writers.
- Morning: Hot Brewed Coffee, Tea & Milk. Selection of Chilled Juices. Sliced Seasonal Fresh Fruits & Berries. Fruit Flavored Yogurt. Assorted Bagels with Whipped Cream Cheese, Butter, Honey or Preserves.
- Lunch: Roast Angus Sirloin with Sun-Dried Cranberry Sauce. Chef's Selection of Fresh Vegetables. Chef's Selection of Potato, Rice or Pasta. Fresh Rolls & Butter. Salad. Chocolate Decadence Cake with Raspberry Sauce. Fresh Coffee, Tea or Iced Tea.
